About the song:
Matsi had the hook and Miguel penned the lyrics in a bloody Mary morning stream of consciousness writing session. The song is built on numerical circumstances that make the devil sing the blues. The bridge asks the logical question... "Can I Count on you?" Originally, aimed to be in a "Cinquain" peom structure, but alas, it only worked on the first few lines.

What makes the devil sing the blues? Moments of love, perseverance, righteousness, and morality.
